In a small bowl, combine the paprika,black pepper,cayenne,oregano and thyme. Divide spice mixture in half. Toss the shrimp with half the spice mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic. Saute about 5 mintues until softened and just lightly colored. Add the remaining spice mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and water. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Add the shrimp to sauce and stir to combine. Cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimp are just cooked. Place in serving dish and garnish with parsley. calories: 90 fat: 3.6 g
