Yummy Sauce for Heather's Roasted Miso Salmon

My husband the aspiring Iron Chef came up with a sauce for the Roasted Miso Salmon recipe in IBS: The First Year. He doesn't think it is perfect yet, but I loved how flavorful and creamy it was! Here's what I wrote down when I asked him what it was....
Miso Wine Sauce ----------------- 1 c white wine 1 t miso 1 t Dijon mustard 1/2 t flour, mixed with water so it's liquid few drops hot sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by 2/3. (Erm, maybe the flour/water mixure isn't added until the end? I'm not the cook in the family....) Future improvements may include replacing up to half the wine with water or fish stock or dashi.....
We had this last night with the salmon made on the grill and rice with purple kohlrabi. Yum!
