The doctor has checked me for IBD and Celiac Disease and I don't have those. I am gently active each day. It's hard though. How exactly do you find out 20% of the total calories from fat? I can't find any fat free fortune cookies at gorcery stores or fat free saltines. There are saltines but not fat free. The bagels have egg and dairy and english muffins have the same. The arrowroot cookies have dairy in them too. Kix cereal corn chex, and rice chex is not sold here either. Gosh it's hard to find certain food items here. Now I know people with IBS are suppose to have only 25% fat max. each day, how do you figure that out exactly? How many fat grams are you suppose to have? Thank you for the link.
