But you do need the booze (although the alcohol burns off anyway, leaving just the flavor). What's really nice about this recipe is the amazing flavor in the chicken; it just tears apart, it's so tender and MOIST. White meat can be really dry, but not in this dish! And the "No Yolk" noodles are a must. Oh, BTW! If you omit the mushroom, add more booze or a little more canned tomato, because the noodles need the juice. Enjoy!
