I just made the lemon rice pudding the night before Easter and it was fabulous! Of course I scared my mom half to death when I brought her some, but that's another story. My thanks to you too Heather, ALL the recipes I've tried out of the book have been wonderful. I'm not a cook myself, so I think those recipes you come up with are amazing! (My grandfather's present to me when we bought our house was a piece of paper with instructions on how to boil water.
