I almost always have a few things in the freezer that I can take out and microwave if necessary. I get an almost panicky feeling if I need to eat and I don't have anything planned. It's like I am wiped out and I can't think and I need food NOW! Also turkey or tuna sandwiches work well for a quick idea.
