TVP Disaster - Help!       05/04/04 07:14 PM Edit Reply Quote sperry_twiggins Reged: 01/30/03 Posts: 158 Loc: Beautiful Pacific Northwest Has anyone made Heather's Tangy Thai Salad with the TVP? I've made it two times (first time I thought I must have done something wrong) and both times it has come out the consistency of chowder. I don't see how I can serve it on cabbage leaves. It tastes okay, but lordy what a mess! I get my TVP from the bulk section at Fred Meyer. Could it be the wrong kind or something? It's a powder.
