Vegetable Dumplings with Soy Sauce

Hi Everyone! I figured i've been using everyones recipes, I might as well share some of my own. I adapted this from a weight watchers recipe.. but they taste really good.
2tsps. water 1/2c shredded carrots 2 minced scallions 24 wonton wrappers 1 1/2 cups of coleslaw mix 2 cloves of minced garlic 2tsps soy sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees. coat cookie sheet with cooking spray. Meanwhile, heat saucepan with water, cabbage, carrots, garlic and one minced scallion. Saute until cabbage wilts, about two minuts. (I also add about 6-8 frozen shrimp cut up as well) Remove from heat and add soy sauce. Drop mixture in wontons and fold over. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on edges.
For sauce, combine additional soy sauce with the remaining scallion, 1 tsp of sesame oil and serve with wontons.
