I think I have an "inner perfectionist food scientist" that's holding me back sometimes (of course the long hours at work could be an issue too!). One of the "blessings" of IBS has been getting me to clean up my nutritional act -- and I needed it! I've lost 40 pounds, and I can't shop in Lane Bryant anymore (actually, with all the cute clothes and the great customer service, that kind of stinks!).
