6 1/2 cups freshly brewed caffiene free black tea( you can use earl grey) 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp almond extract or to taste 1 1/2 cups soy or almond milk
combine the tea sugar and almond extract until sugar is dissolved. serve in mugs and add soy or almond milk to it as desired. Yummy!! only 74 calories per cup and 0 cholesterol and 0 fiber. Hope you like this!! I ad it with a slice of banana bread.
