Help with Banana Mini Choco Chip Muffins       04/17/04 02:20 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this recipe from Kree's website. I'm all good until it gets to the points where you add the bananas and the chocolate chips. It says to Gently fold in the bananas and the mini chocolate chips...now is "fold" a specific cooking term or do I just essentially dump in the bananas and chocolate chips and mix again?
