I just found this recipe and would really like to try it, but I don't really understand some of the instructions for making the filling. I'll post the part that I don't get, and I was hoping someone could clarify for me: Crumble tofu into a sieve lined with several layers of paper towels. Add soy yogurt. Cover sieve with plastic wrap and place over a bowl to drain overnight, or for up to two days (the longer this drains, the thicker and creamier your filling will be). I don't know what a sieve is and am just not sure how to go about doing this, so if anyone can help me that'd be great! Thanks! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
