For supper tonight my boyfriend and I had ravioli and pasta sauce. Soy Boy makes plain Ravioli (filled with tofu) and Ravioli Verde (more flavorful--spinach pasta, filled with tofu and herbs). We had that with pasta sauce from a jar (Ragu with mushrooms, mmm...). Took just a few minutes and was totally safe. One package of pasta plus half a jar of sauce makes about three servings. Next week I think I'll make English muffin pizzas with the rest of the sauce and some soy cheese--I'll have to try the mozzarella SoyaKaas, Sharon. Anyway, enjoy.
