This is my recipe from Recipeezar but I have changed it so WE can eat it. I have gotten many 5 star reviews for this one.
4-6 fillets flounder or any white fillet 1/4 Cup Italian bread crumbs 1/4 Cup soy parmesan cheese 1/4 or more or fat free mayo or soy if you can find it. brush both sides of fillets with mayo, combine the crumbs and cheese. Coat both sides. Lay in glass pan a deep one is good or on a cookie sheet with edges. Sprinkle with s&p. Bake 350 for half hour to 35 minutes depending on size. These are excellant I use to make them lot's but looked at the recipe and saw it could maybe be done for US. If anyone tries it let me know.
