I've tried vanilla so far, and lemon creme is next. Vanilla was very good! It didn't taste like dairy vanilla pudding - it tasted tofu-ty vanilla. Good thing I like that taste! I tried your recipe for chocolate today, and realized that the chocolate covers up that tofu taste, which makes it more like regular pudding. That's a good thing, too. Those are my pudding notes today. I'll experiment with recipes, 'cause I much prefer to make my own than use a "mate" It's about as easy to add your own stuff to the blender as some packaged stuff, anyway.
