You sure can... and here's a recipe! I just happened to have this printed out already because I wanted to try it. This says to use firm tofu, but I made a similar spread using XF silken and it was fine!
Strawberry Tofu Spread (Makes 2 cups)
12 ounces firm tofu, drained 8 tablespoons strawberry preserves, all fruit type like polaner 2 tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Scoop mixture into a container for storage in the refrigerator. 3. Use within 2 weeks.
