Homeade Baked Potato Chips??       04/06/04 03:17 AM Edit Reply Quote Lyndeigh Reged: 02/07/04 Posts: 302 Hey all- ive recently been making homeade baked potato chips- my only question is- can i like put these thing in a baggie and take it to work? Or do i have to eat them like on the spot, will they get bad if i dont? Heres how i make them: I take a potato, wash it, skin it, slice it into thin pieces. Then I spray a plat with ff pam spray and then place the slices of potato on the plate, and salt them. I then put the plate into the microwave for about 3-4 minutes- periodically flipping the potato slices every minute or so. Once semi-browned nad crisp, I take them out and eat. mmm Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
