Bread Crumbs for Chicken Nugget Recipe       03/28/04 02:17 PM Edit Reply Quote Gr8ful Reged: 03/15/04 Posts: 290 Loc: Orange County CA Does anyone know of a specific brand of breadcrumbs that is IBS safe? I wanted to make the Chicken Breast Nuggets recipe posted last week but when I went to the grocery store, all five brands had either milk, cheese, or whey in them.
