It's a mail order thing -- about US$22 a month with shipping. The stuff itself is basically oat fiber, and can be prepared either with hot water or used in cooking. It's not bad. I don't really use it anymore except for cooking, because I found rice helps much more than it did. If you're looking for an alternative though, you might want to check it out.
