Help with Heather's Zucchini Bread...       03/27/04 04:28 AM Edit Reply Quote cmuse1224 Reged: 03/13/04 Posts: 57 Loc: Peabody, MA Hello everyone, I have been trying to make some of the recipes that I have found on here and/or in Heather's book. I made the zucchini bread but found that it was very dry. I looked back in the posts and found one that said it should be very moist...what am I doing wrong?
