Hi,


I'm just eating my salmon bake leftovers from Sunday.
It's receipe I got from my Swedish mother-inlaw.

DILL SALMON BAKE

Take one whole salmon and soak for an hour in Vinegar
water (I fill up the kitchen sink)
Then rinse with clear water
(this process takes any fishy smell and taste out)

Put on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil
squeeze fresh lemon over fish
and sprinkle about 1/2 teas. of white pepper for taste
Then place a layer of fresh lemon slices over whole fish
and on top of that put a layer of fresh or frozen dill
to cover (you can't layer enough of dill)

Cover fish with another piece of tin foil and seal edges

Put in pre-heated over at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 mins.

Comes out moist and yummy.

Serve with fresh boiled potatoes or rice.

Pour a white dill sauce made with soy milk for topping.

Enjoy
