Preheat oven to 180C (350F???). Chop (or mush) the garlic. Mix in a small bowl with the basil and olive oil. Spread over the salmon fillets. Put in fillet in the middle of a piece of foil (big enough to wrap around it). Chop the lemon in 6 slices. Put 3 lemon slices on top of each fillet. Wrap the foil round the fish and fold the edges over the make parcels. Put in the oven for 20mins. Enjoy!
I usually serve these in their foil parcels as it's messy to extract them and it's a bit different.
