Question about Bread Recipes       03/20/04 10:26 AM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hello! I noticed that most of the bread recipes in Heather's book account for 2 9x5 loaves. I was wondering, if I halved all of the ingredients, could I make just one? Would I have to change the amount of time it spends in the oven? I currently only have one loaf pan so I was thinking I could try just making one to begin with, but if it would be hard I can get a second pan. Thanks! Kelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
