Hello everyone! Am trying very hard to make a lot of recipes from the boards to "try out" on the family. (Husband, 9 year old son, 5 year old daughter).......I want to be able to keep a log of all the recipes we like in my "recipe book" in the kitchen, and in the computer. WE meet up with 4 other families (very close friends) for a potluck each month and since my "diet" has changed in this past month or so since finding this awesome website my friends want me to email them my "new tried and true" recipes each month so they can keep an updated list in their computer so anytime we get together they will all make something off my recipe list and I can eat everything! WE went to a potluck at our church yesterday and 20 families came with food, (the Sunday School class we are in was hosting some Missionaries in town).... anyway, I left in tears because LITERALLY I could eat NOTHING there. I think for the first time my family saw the pain my heart was in, and they all understood FINALLY just how serious I am about not living in pain anymore! They all made me lunch when we got home! I was starving! So I am askig all of you who have time to link me and everyone else, or write in your favoite recipe and my family and I will try your favorites out. Maybe this can help a lot of people. I know I cannot eat tomatoes cooked or raw, or bell peppers. And then the usual stuff of IBS STAYAWAYS! Thank you all so much for all the information! I bet this thread could be BIG! ha
