TURKEY....NEED HELP       03/08/04 05:59 PM Edit Reply Quote bearyd Reged: 12/02/03 Posts: 72 Loc: fl ok...so when I tried to use the ground turkey breast for tacos it still was really white and tasted like "turkey" so the family did not seem to like it. Then I made the meatloaf and it tasted good but it formed this hard crust all over...kind of leathery. I had to peel it all off to get to the loaf. Is this mormal?
