I'm new to this. I'm 49,live in Brisbane in sunny Queensland. I'm married with one daughter just starting university, and 2 wonderful dogs - waifs from the RSPCA. My husband and I run a real estate business as well, which is where my stress comes from!
Last week I found Heather's book. I was diagnosed with celiac disease 2 year's ago and, 12 month's later, with IBS. (Couldn't work out why I was still sick while religously following a gluten free diet.
The book has been a revelation to me, however, I was wondering whether anyone else is in my situation and knows of any good recipes for the breads. I usually eat a rice bread without yeast that is baked commercially, as I also continually suffer from candida.
If you know of any recipes I would love to hear from you.
