I use the version of smart balance that is lactose free. no whey and has no trans fat, it is a the light version.
Smart balance light. It is also non- hydrogenated and I use it every day it has 0g of fat. Read the labels carefully.
This is so good it taste like real butter but it's not.
The buttery spread version has whey an is not lactose free.
Also has other bad junk like sorbitol. Hope this helps.
