This looks soo good. It looks pretty IBS safe except for the rum.
1/4 cup non diary magarine 4 meduim bananas 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp ground allspice 1/4 cup rum
Place magarine in a square baking dish, 9x9x2inches. Heat in oven 350 degrees unitl melted, rotate dish and coat bottom with cut bananas crosswise into halves, cut each half lengthwise into halves. Place cut sides down in baking dish. Mix brown sugar, lemon juice and allspice, drizzle over bananas. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Heat rum until warm, ignite and pour over bananas. Serves 4.. YaYa it's a big calorie dessert at 300 calories each serving. But this is soo delicious. Enjoy after a well balanced meal.
