You seriously can't tell you're not eating dairy. My favorite flavors are mint marble fudge and cookie avalanche. As Steph mentioned, I take it easy on them because of the fat, especially the cookie avalanche. But I've found that the flavors that come in quarts, like the mint fudge, are lower in fat, whereas the pints are more like the Ben and Jerry's of soy ice cream and tend to be fattier! Anyway, sorry to ramble on, I just love the stuff.
