This weekend I plan to make Heather's brown sugar banana bread (two-loaf) recipe subsituting three cups of apple sauce for the bananas (Kree says she thinks this will work) and omitting the sugar.
What I still need to know is how much cinnamon to use in this recipe. The recipe makes two 9-by-five inch loaves so I'm not quite sure how much cinammon I should add.
