banana bread- where did I go wrong?       02/29/04 03:10 PM Edit Reply Quote Bethany Reged: 02/27/04 Posts: 128 Loc: Nashville, TN ok - can somebody help me out here. I just got done making the brown sugar banana bread. I was soo excited when I pulled it out of the oven so I took a bite. But it is kind of rubbery and bland??? I only wanted one loaf so I cut the ingredients exactly in half. I have made other versions of banana bread before and they have come out wonderful? Any one else have problems with this recipe??
