Hi Linz,

I do the Weight Watchers diet and am allowed 20 pts per day.

Here are some of the recipes on here and how many points they are:

Anti-Depressent Brownies - 4pts per brownie
Brown Sugar Banana Bread - 5 pts per slice
Burgandy Chicken with Mushrooms - 4 pts per serving
Fat-free Banana Bread - 2 pts per slice
Gingerbread Muffins with Lemon Glaze - 4 pts per serving
Honey Glazed Snack Mix - 4 pts per serving
Lemon Chicken Soup - 4 pts per serving
Lemon Pepper Pasta - 5 pts per serving
Mushroom Rice Pilaf - 4 pts per serving
Peppermint Fudge Cake - 5 pts per serving
Sauteed Shrimp with Snow Peas - 3 pts per serving
Sweet Tequila Lime Chicken - 5 pts per serving
Will's Dreamy Lemon Rice Pudding - 4 pts per serving
Zesty Shrimp & Pasta - 5 pts per serving

Those are just a few examples of the ones I eat all the time. It is hard trying to find low-point snacks that you can eat, but I always fall back on the baked tortilla chips (2 pts per serving) and salsa (0 pts).
