This recipe was adapted from a Campbell's Soup recipe that called for cream of broccoli soup. I substituted Mags' Broccoli Leek Soup* (which is like a creamed soup) that I had frozen: Broccoli Leek Soup It came out great.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix soup, milk, mozzarella, garlic powder and pepper in 2-quart baking dish. Stir in pasta, chicken, and peas & carrots. Bake 20 minutes. Stir. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan; sprinkle on top, and bake 10 minutes more.
