I love the 'Eating for IBS'book which I recently purchased in the USA, and am now following the guidelines and have tried out recipes. I have had IBS for many years, though fortunately have always had sympathetic doctors. My problem is that I don't know what all the products are in the UK equivalent. W e don't have canola oil as far as I know, so I use sunflower very light oil instead. Also, what is the best equivalent for cornmeal? and what is a bundt tin? From an ignorant English lady!
