Ok here's a recipe I make and some people like and some don't! It's sort of a traditional Jewish recipe but modified. also, I sort of throw in whatever so sorry if the recipe isn't real specific (I always hate when my mom does that to me!!!)Let me known what you think!
1 package "no yolk" egg noodles (I usually use Maneschewitz) 3 egg whites 3/4 cup soy milk cinnamon 1/2-1 cup sugar (white or brown) ( I don't like to use a lot b/c the fruit will make it sweeter but I know I'm weird like that! last time I forgot the sugar!)
fruit (raisins, chopped apple, canned pineapple whatever you like. It's usally made with just raisins but I like to try and get as much fruit safely as possible)
1-2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. Cook noodles according to package. Remove and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in 9x13 in. pan for 30-40 minutes.
