2 cups bowtie pasta 1 can fat free pizza sauce (Contadina is the best) 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 package Morningstar Grillers Crumbles Rice parmesan shreds
---Microwave mushrooms and Grillers on HIGH for 5 minutes in a microwave-safe casserole dish. ---Take out, add pizza sauce, water, and pasta, microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes. --Stir, then microwave 8-10 minutes more. Stir once more and sprinkle rice shreds on the top. Cover and let melt.
