Safe for you but not for the members with diabetes. My sister has diabetes and cheats. That's great that your family members with it stay clear of sugar! Anyways if you want to make that do a search for peppermint cake and I'll bet you find more good info on it. The recipe is in the Eating for IBS cookbook.
