Bread box mixes, eh? The web page I gave was for FLOUR and bread bases -- it was Baker's Catalogue: web page They have fabulous flours (King Arthur's Flour), all kinds, and, as I said, the bases that you add to the flour are SOOOO good. Also, their flour is super fresh, as is their yeast, and, as you know, it's really imperative that yeast be fresh.
Perhaps Mags can help you with the box mixes? Although I have used them in the past, I don't use them because I really like making my own from scratch, and I like the flour I get from Baker's Catalog. I confess, though, I did not know they have milk in them.
Actually, making the bread from scratch is just as easy as box mixes. I'm curious; why do you want to use a box mix anyway, Steph?
