There are some incredible recipes in there, and a lot of them are very easy. For example -- lets see, you like chicken -- okay, for example check out Shell's Oven-Fried Honey Chicken or Mags' Lemon Chicken with White-Bean Puree (I left off the white-bean puree part because the chicken was incredible without it). Joan's Burgundy Chicken with Mushrooms was very easy and YUMMY! Do you like pasta? Kree's Baked Macaroni and Soy Cheese is unbelievable -- great comfort food (I added peas for insoluble fiber). And of course you HAVE to try my Italian crock pot Spaghetti Sauce -- it's magnificent if I do say so myself. You just throw it all in the crock pot and let it cook while you're at work, then come home to an incredible sauce that you can use over any kind of pasta. YUM!
