I decided to make the lemon bars but was occupied with other things. I did the crust fine, but threw all the moist ingredients together. What a mistake! It got kind of fizzy and lumpy and smells like plastic baking. Just goes to show its better to do one thing at a time when it comes to baking. I'll have to see how they fair once they are done baking and have cooled. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
