They are delicious, and better than my Mom made when I was a kid. I made the dumpling recipe for my Mom, and she loved it too. I had never had rudabagas before, and had to look high and low for them, but these are definitely comfort foods and so good in the winter. So thanks for the great recipes, I could live on this diet for ever and will of course.
