That sounds good. Another easy chicken dish is, Bonless skinless chicken brest rub with small amount of olive oil sprinkle with lemmon pepper put fat free italian dressing on top and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. I made this the other night and it was really good. You could also serve this with rice. Or those who can a small salad.
