I found this recipe on Food Network's web site. It is from the program Cooking Thin. 1. Microwave Carrot Dip Ingredients: 1 pound carrots,peeled and thinly sliced 1/4 teaspon ground cumin 1/4 teaspon cayenne 1/4 teaspon chili powder 1 tablespoon orange juice 2 teaspons extra-virgin olive oil Place all ingredients in a microwave proof dish. Cover tightly, cook on high 10 to 12 minutes or until carrots are soft and tender. Pour into a food processor and blend until smooth.
