I made this last night (served it over rice) and the sauce is delicious but for some reason I didn't like the shrimp in it - although my husband did. I'm thinking I'll try it again either:
- as just a sauce with no shrimp and put it over pasta; - using diced chicken instead and put it over rice again; - braising salmon on top of the sauce as described in Braised Salmon with Leeks and Dill and serve with pasta.
