Haven't you noticed that almost all my recipes are just thrown in the oven and baked? I hate slaving over a hot stove! Lol. As for doing this with fish fliets, I have no clue. My mom hates fish, so I never learned to cook it! Hopefully someone else can tell you. Funny you should mention a cookbook... that's what my mom and I gave to all our relatives for Christmas this year! We compiled all our family recipes and got the book bound at Kinkos.
