Hiya - Made WW Chocolate Fudge Cookies this morning (and I've eaten about 6 so far and it's only 11 am)! They turned out really good. Here's the scoop:
1/2 c all purpose flour 1/8 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp butter, softened (I used Soy Garden Buttery spread) 1/4 c granulated sugar 3 tbsp packed dark brown sugar (I only had lt brown) 1 egg white 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray nonstick baking sheet w/nonstick spray.
2. Combine the flour and baking soda in med bowl. Set aside.
3. W/electric mixer at med speed, beat the butter (or applesauce or prune puree), both sugars, egg white, vanilla and cocoa until well blended. With mixer at low speed, add in flour mixture until all the flour is moist.
4. Drop batter by rounded spoonfulls, 1.5" apart, onto baking sheet and bake 9-10 min. Cool in baking pan on rack a few minutes and then transfer cookies to cooling rack.
WW points per cookie = 1 Makes 16 cookies (I doubled recipe and made 36--why go to all the trouble for just 16 measly cookies?)
Serving = 1 cookie cal 52 fat 2 g chol 4 mg sod 24 mg carb 9 g fiber 0 prot 1mg calcium 5 mg

Now if I can only get them in the freezer before I eat them all today!!!
