The question I was trying to ask was if rice milk can be substituted for soy milk in your 'simple sweet cornbread' recipe from your IBS book. I know some of your recipes say either rice or soy milk, but this only said vanilla soy. I have vanilla rice milk at home, and was planning to make this with turkey chili. I plan to put the beans through a food processor 1st and then make the chili recipe, but don't know how I'll do. Since I've had trouble with soy stuff before, I wanted to use rice milk so if I do have a problem, I can narrow it down to the beans in the chili. Thanks!
