I make chili occasionally but know that I and whoever else eats it will probably be gassy.
Some things that might help:
use black beans rather than kidney and just one can
have some nice Heather's cornbread with it and soy cheese and soy sour cream
take beano before
if tomatoes are a problem try some baking soda in it
