This sounds really good to me...

Actually it could also be considered vegetarian for those who only avoid warm-blooded animal products, though do eat cold blooded animals (fish) from the sea. I happen to be one of those who still eats fish that is safe, and of course absent a high mercury content.

Vegetarianism encompasses many types of eating, and one would need to study the differences to know the various types of Veggie eating. It is not at all boring and in fact is more flavorful than general American cuisine.
