Gluten and Dairy free carrot cake and frosting!!       12/09/09 03:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Jenny B Reged: 03/27/07 Posts: 126 Loc: Montana Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know about this amazing carrot cake mix and vanilla frosting I made for Thanksgiving. Simply Organic has a gluten free mix that you add shredded carrots to and it is delicious. I topped it off with a vanilla frosting mix from Cherrybrook Kitchens that you add soy milk and a dairy free "butter" to it. Both were wonderful and a great dessert!
